First flight from DUB arrived; RHO-Istanbul route confirmed

First flight from DUB arrived:

First direct flight from Dublin, Ireland arrived yesterday noon. The route was opened by Falcon Holidays of Ireland and is flown on Thomson aircafts and callsigns though the inaugural flight was on a leased plane from Canada. We wish all the best for the new route and hope to see more flights next season.

RHO-Istanbul route confirmed, yeap its true!!!

Rhodes-Istanbul long waited direct connection is a fact as at a meeting held in Rhodes municipal hall Borajet as well the travel agent responsible locally confirmed final details.

Flights will commence on Tuesday 10 June and will be thrice -instead of originally planned two- weekly with reasonable prices and timetable (exact schedule will be posted on our blog later). Please note that seats can be booked directly in Borajet's website.

Finally, its worth mentioning that during the meeting Borajet and local authorities examined ways to enhance their partnership by opening more routes to Turkey and from there to other countries.

We 'd like to wish all the best in all implicated parties and really hope that the route will prove so successful that next season routes and flights will be multiplied.
