2018 Summer International Network

2018 – RHO Summer International Network
Here's the so far list of airlines' scheduled flights to RHO for 2018 summer season. Some notes:
* 3 iconic airlines missing after many years; airberlin, monarch and nikifly, all went bust. 4th airline missing is Thomas Cook Belgium which transferred all flights to brussels airlines.
* Mistral and -former Meridiana, now- Air Italy won't be flying to RHO this summer.
* Norwegian to our surprise offers for the first time Helsinki and Arlanda to Rhodes service from late March and April respectively instead of late June.
* Aegean terminated Dusseldorf and Geneva services and added Lyon. Daily flights to Athens will be up to seven times -after Ryanair's withdrawal- making much convenient  connections via their Athens hub.
* SAS besides numerous charters have opened for bookings a weekly service from Arlanda.
* Laudamotion, nikifly descendant, will be flying twice weekly from Zurich according to their recently published timetable. They also introduced weekly flights from Berlin Tegel and twice weekly from Dusseldorf. All flights are in co-op with Ryanair and bookable only through Ryanair’s website which is a minor shareholder on Laudamotion project.
* Ryanair cancelled Athens-Rhodes route from June 1 till end of October. Flights seem to return for their winter schedule.
* Easyjet introduces direct flights from Bordeaux on a weekly basis.
* Ryanair have finally uploaded flights from Bologna; Liverpool on the other hand seems not returning while Stansted got 2 additional weekly flights for August and September.
* Jet2 added 2 weekly flights from Birmingham for late July to early September period.
* Aegean introduces weekly flights to Lebanon from late June to early September.
